I was trying to think what the best amateur boxing card that could possibly be made would be? Just like 5 awesome fights that would pack the house and show off the best talent we have here in Minnesota! What if all the fighters came from the metro area? That would be really crazy.
I'd like to see Aaron Green rematch Karpenko from Rice Street.
I also want to see Manny Contreras get a rematch against Deontric Jordan.
Maybe Tony Lee vs. Brad Heroff at a catch weight?
Delano Henton vs. Rob Brant at a catch weight?
What other awesome fights would you guys want to see?

Good topic. Umm I want to see Xavier Hayden box anybody ? He fought in the 14-15 year old division last year at 178lbs (MN Silver Gloves). And from what I hear he's well over 6 feet tall.

The Aaron Green/Karpenko rematch sounds good. I never saw the first one but I heard about it.

ok will big sweat" dusts coach" please stop with the " dustin mason and cj butler would be a great fight"....it wont happen till he is in shape first off, second off when he is in his prime he will put that poor champ to shame. not saying he is not a great fighter. dont get me wrong but butler is unstoppable in his prime

well that would be great then the man our hats ff to cj and his abilities sure hope it happens before tourney time that way we wouldnt have to wait another year and then maybe another retirement so im sure it shouldnt take cj to long to get shaped up to put the old champ down and to cj dusty and i hope the best for you and sorry that theres always some jerk with offensive remarks wish you well take care

Is Xavier Hayden Wes Haydens nephew? If he is he has been schooled since he was a baby. Wes is a good coach. I like Johny Escato as well, Delano is top flight and Brad Heroff is going to be a good pro someday!

Xavier Hayden is Wes Hayden's grandson. He has been working his way up the junior ranks since he was 9. Haven't heard much about him as of late. Anyone know how Curt Buckanaga is doing, I have heard he is in a health care facility?
